Company Information

Founded by James Kruper as a software and website design company, Analytical Design Solutions Inc., dba KioWare^® has been in business since 1991.  With the development and creation of our kiosk software product line in 2003, we focused our development efforts and expertise on the self service industry and customer facing devices. 

As the industry has evolved and expanded, so has the KioWare^® product.  From basic browser lockdown to external device support and remote kiosk management, the product continues to mature.

Originally developed to secure devices running the Windows operating system, KioWare^® has established a robust Windows following and a long list of supported external devices for use on the Windows Platform.  The popularization of the tablet and the rise of the Android operating system led to the 2012 release of the KioWare^® for Android product line.  

The latest addition to the KioWare^® product line is KioCloud, a kiosk management solution that is subscription based and hosted by KioWare^®.  With KioCloud, our traditional KioWare^® Server capabilities are available to clients that do not want the responsibility of hosting.

We have not lost sight of our custom development roots, and continue to provide custom development for self service projects, integrating KioWare^® with existing applications, new applications, and external devices. 

The expanding KioWare^® product line and enhanced capabilities has brought about the need to grow our geographic footprint and provide localized EMEA customer support. KioWare^®'s corporate headquarters in York, PA is now joined by a European presence based in Reading, UK. 

We strongly believe that our success in the marketplace is due to our high commitment to customer service, which means many things to us. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and turning their product requests into new features.  Our efforts will always focus on improving the product and providing excellent customer care.
